My Story

About Me

I’m Damon Redmond. Morehouse College, Class of 1996. For 28 plus years, I built my career in real estate — closing deals, underwriting commercial properties, managing distressed assets, and working through over a thousand investor transactions. Then came the $3.55 million lesson. I lost a deal that should have been the pinnacle of everything I’d built. And in that loss, I found something I wasn’t looking for: a wake-up call. That’s when I discovered The Conscious Director — a framework for leading with vision, taste, and care while letting AI handle the heavy lifting. Today, I speak and teach worldwide — connecting HBCU students to legacy, writing books that bridge ancient wisdom with modern entrepreneurship, and preparing to bring this message to stages across America and beyond.

I’m not here to give you a motivational speech. I’m here to give you the frameworks, the strategies, and the real talk that only comes from 28 years of deals, losses, comebacks, and consciousness. Morehouse made me. Real estate tested me. Consciousness transformed me. AI amplified me. Now I teach what I know.
